1.MOST COMMON MOUSE PROBLEMS.

2.Error Message “CANNOT FIND PS2 OR SERIAL MOUSE” on startup.

3.Mouse pointer moves in opposite direction from mouse.

4.Reach the edge of the desk and the mouse pointer still isn't positioned properly.

5.Can't find mouse pointer.

spacer.gif (828 bytes)b.Mouse software may not be installed. Would mention during turn on about mouse driver not loading.

6.Mouse moves erratically.

spacer.gif (828 bytes)b.Remove the ball, clean and check the rollers.
spacer.gif (828 bytes)c.Surface may be too slick or sticky. Try a different surface or mouse pad.

spacer.gif (828 bytes)e.Does mouse work erratically in both Windows and DOS? Maybe Windows mouse driver is setup incorrectly.

7.Mouse Freezes up and mouse   pointer won’t move on screen.

spacer.gif (828 bytes)b.Uninstall drivers specific to mouse in Autoexec.bat and Config.sys prior to reinstalling.

8.Problems with mouse pointer after installing video driver in Windows.
